Pradeep Kaushik is an engineering leader who spent over two decades building, scaling and leading large engineering teams across companies including Samsung, Intuit and Atlassian, tackling complex technical problems at scale.
Driven by conviction, made a deliberate move into the social sector - immersing himself through Social Venture Partners and completing the ILSS Leadership Program (Cohort 22, 2025).
Today he is Associate Director at Project Tech4Dev, leading engineering for Dalgo, a data analytics platform used by 25+ nonprofits, with hundreds more introduced through bootcamps and demos. He also contributes as fractional CTO, helping nonprofits assess their technology, strengthen their data practice, and shape long-term strategy, and is beginning to take on advisory roles with nonprofit boards on their technology direction.
He also serves as Lead Partner with Rishi Foundation and Swadha Foundation and as a member on the Grants Review Committee of SVP Bengaluru, bringing an engineer's rigor to how philanthropic capital is evaluated and deployed.
