About
From scaling tech companies to scaling impact
Pradeep spent over two decades building, scaling, and leading large engineering teams — tackling complex technical problems at scale at Samsung, Intuit, and Atlassian. A few years ago he made a deliberate pivot into the social sector.
Today he leads engineering for Dalgo, a data analytics platform for nonprofits, works as a fractional CTO advising nonprofits on technology strategy, and mentors leadership as Lead Partner with the Rishi Foundation and Swadha Foundation.
