Pradeep Kaushik is an engineering leader with over two decades of experience
building, scaling, and leading large engineering teams — tackling complex
technical problems at scale at Samsung, Intuit, and Atlassian.
A few years ago he made a deliberate pivot into the social sector. Today he
leads engineering for Dalgo, a data analytics platform built for
nonprofits, as Associate Director at Project Tech4Dev. Dalgo is used by
25+ nonprofits directly, with hundreds more introduced to it through
bootcamps and demos.
Alongside that, Pradeep works as a fractional CTO for nonprofits —
helping organizations that need senior technology judgment assess their
systems and set a strategy for what's next, without needing a full-time
hire.
He brings the same engineering rigor to how philanthropic capital is
evaluated and deployed, as a member of the Grants Review Committee at
Social Venture Partners (SVP) Bengaluru, and mentors leadership as Lead
Partner with the Rishi Foundation and Swadha Foundation.
In 2025, he completed Cohort 22 of the ILSS Leadership Program,
deepening his grounding in social-sector leadership.
Pradeep writes about engineering leadership, AI, and technology for the
social sector on his blog.
